Nan returns to NYC about 10 years after her nanny days. Grayer is now a teenager and makes contact after finding the video Nan made when she resigned her position with his family. This leads to Nan becoming involved with the X family again, being a stable support for Grayer and his younger brother at a time of family problems.
Generally my thoughts were that it was ok. Some bits were good, some a little dull. To me there seemed to be too much 'filler' information and in a few places I wasn't really sure what was happening. The general plot was fine though but I'm not sure I really connected to any of the characters on any level. Most of the time I was just reading it to get to the end quicker.
If you liked the first book and the genre then you may enjoy it. Personally I felt it was a little bit of a let down from the first book.
